Petty should not be judged on this game. His first judgement should be on comparing the film of this game with the film of the last game of the season.
I'd say wake me up when the Jets D actually recovers a fumble for a turnover, but I don't feel like sleeping for 6 weeks...
Too bad Petty will be trashed on his performance today. I'm surprised Hack isn't in the game already.
Im judging based on what I've seen overall. I'm not expecting Brady or anything im looking for adjustments and at decision making and things like that. Im giving him time, but generally got can tell if a qb has something. I'm not seeing it. He can't seem to progress thru reads properly. Either its too fast or too slow. That tells me that hes not up to the speed of starying qbs. Now this wouldnt bother me except hes played in the preseason. So its not like he hasnt seen some of this. I get theres an adjustment. But its way too fast. The leap hes going to have to make is just too big. Im not sure he can do it Sent from my SM-N930V using Tapatalk
Well, as I said earlier, if Kaepernick can't light up this secondary he is really bad - and he is really bad.
Well, I'm sure Master Chan will come up with some innovative plays for Petty in the 4th. Then again, I'm sure the Oline will find a way to fuck it up.
It's amazing. I don't know if I've ever seen a young player tear up the league and then just fall off a cliff like he has
