The injury history is a concern but your second comments shows me you don't watch much football. He would easily be our best QB since Favre in 2008, the guy has been a great player when healthy. I would want a QB in this draft but it's not a good year from what the experts are saying. Thus my second preference is best available veteran option
Wow, 8 men in the box in light of the fact that Chan won't stretch the field unless it is a 31-0 game. Rinse, repeat.
Nah... its because Gailey calls the most predictable game in the history of the NFL since Paul Hackett.
LOL What are you talking about? Not wanting to blow our salary cap on a guy who won't take us anywhere in the end means I actually know something about football. We aren't winning with Romo next year. We could invest that money elsewhere and plan for the future. Signing Romo and his absurd salary would only set us back another year or two.
We are looking good so far. Full tank mode in effect. Lose this and have to pray for another SF win and hope Jacksonville wins another. For those of you thinking Bryce Petty is going to get us out of this, open the windows -- the copier fumes are getting to you.
Who should he have thrown it to? Blanketed receiver #1? Blanketed receiver #2? Blanketed receiver 3? Etc.
What game are you watching? Nothing to do with the line there. He had plenty of more time to scan the field and just decided to run it like an idiot right into 2 linebackers.
