Bowles figures he can eek out a few more wins and save his job with Fitz playing - and he'll point to last year trying to claim this year's regression is not his fault. The problem is anyone can see how undisciplined and gutless this team is playing. They've quit on him. They have no real respect for him - despite the lip service. Just look at Revis - a guy who should be a leader on this team - doing everything he can to avoid contact. Then look at Wilkerson mailing it in and Robertson still playing like a moron - not to mention both not giving a damn for team rules. Bowles has earned getting fired.

I seriously wouldn't be mad if the next away game happened and the Bus/Train literally blew up....... in tired of all the half assing overrated jackasses we have playing for us...... Politics.. The GM drafted a "project Qb" in the 2nd round 1 year after drafting a "project Qb" in the 4th round. The most recent draft pick has been panned by just about everyone saying that they could have waited until the later rounds. New GM has his rep on the line and needs the 2nd round QB to succeed so the 4th round Qb has to fail. The only person vested in Bryce Petty on this team is Bryce Petty. Gailey only trusts Fitz so in Petty's first start, he was severely handcuffed even after completing a 99yd TD drive. This entire situation regarding Petty is a FUCKING DISGRACE!
This is beyond a QB situation. I'm not sure it's wise putting Petty out there. Unless they run every down he could get injured, the line is that bad.
You know, I've been arguing all along that, despite Bowles showing some bad signs this year, you have to allow one bad year. But, man. This team has too much talent to be this bad. They are lifeless.

It's hard to say. Definitely would prefer not to and would depend on what veteran coaches are out there. However, can't use that excuse if your current coach is as inept as a coach as Idzik was at GM. It's just a shitty situation and has been for a long time here.
Parcells came in and cut or traded almost every player. He brought in a bunch of veteran Giants and pats players through trade or free agency. By 1998 wasn't it just like Chrebet and Aaron Glenn left? Maybe Ray Mickens, or was he on that 96 team?
