Woody Johnson, Ambassador to the UK

    I was watching MNF and saw President-elect Pence in Woody's box. The next thing I knew, the commentator said our very own Woody Johnson might be the next ambassador to the UK. And it's true. http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/j...g-for-ambassadorship-in-trump-administration/ Then I turned back to the game, and the Colts threw another TD.

    So here are my thoughts:

    1. Trump's doing real good with his selection process, don't you think?
    2. If Woody's half as good with Britain as he is the Jets, there may no longer be a Britain.
    3. I wasn't sure which forum to put this in, but who really cares anymore?
    4. On the bright side, Woody may have less time now to run the Jets.

    I said earlier today that this could be a good news/bad news situation. The good news is that Woody may be so busy that he either hires a professional to run the football operation or maybe even sell the team. The bad news is that it could lead to another war between England and the US!!!

    Trump's doing a great job with his nominations, isn't he? I mean Woody, a couple of known racists, and a bunch of millionaires who probably don't give a shit about the rest of us.

    I think I dislike Pence more than I dislike Trump. Seeing him sitting in MetLife Stadium next to our owner burned my eyes.

    Yeah, Trump's just an egomaniacal jerk. Pence is more dangerous. He's a smarter politician, smoother, and a more practiced liar.

    If Woody is as successful an Ambassador as he is at building a Football Team, we can expect the UK to drop out of NATO within a year.

    Will Woody wear a baseball cap with his suits as Ambassador?

    Maybe he could wear the baseball cap backwards so they know he is serious.

    Woody was a Trump supporter from day 1... he is being rewarded for that. big surprise. When Trump was elected reports were saying that Woody would have his choice on which country he wanted to be Ambassador of. Pretty cool for Woody. I'm sure there are many perks.

    Pence is Vice* President elect.

    It would be awesome if Woody sold the team though
