3-7 Army at Notre Dame 9-1. Last Notre Dame home game of the year. Trap game? There's just no way possible. I hope ND blows this one out. We need all the help we can get. ND can till reach #2 on the BCS. The final week is gonna be nuts! 2:30 p.m. ET on NBC.
In my weekly appearance in Irish thread, The Priests at Notre Dame have informed me that Army will win this going away.
Stew about it hater. But at the end of the year ND will be ahead and there will be no questions about it.
ND has played Michigan, at Ga tech and at USC. Ru's sched isn't half as tough. RU's marquee non-conf game was Navy.
It's quite possible if things play out correctly to have a #1 Michigan taking on a #2 Notre Dame for a rematch in the title game. That sure would be somthing. And the thing about 3rd is, well he's a hater.
Cmon take off the hating glasses. I mena you hate Notre Dame, whatever but dont go spewing crap this is not true. ND has played Michigan, USC, Ga Tech who are all ranked. PSU was supposed to be a good team, ND constantly has one of the toughest schedules in the country. Rutgers hasnt had a schedule this tough at all.
Who else would love to see Rutgers vs Notre Dame in a BCS bowl? I know I would. Hell, just play it in the Meadowlands too, no matter what bowl it is, the 2 best NJ coaches in the college game squaring off, one team that's had a foothold in New Jersey for countless years and the other who's quickly gaining power. They'll sell it out no problem, half blue, half red, great offensive mind vs great defensive mind. It'd be epic.
Fact is in a fair world Rutgers still has a shot at a National Title right now and ND doesn't. Of course college football is about as far from fair as you can get.
ND should really fight for some justice. I mean they're only assured of a BCS Bowl if they finish in the top 12? They should be playing the National Title game anytime they finish in the top 25!
