Thanks man..... House damage should be covered. All personal belongings that were damaged (furniture, electronics, larger tools, etc) are not. I did get at least get alot of personal / irreplaceable items off the floor (artwork, family stuff etc). One bummer is my Grandfather's Bar got swamped and probably toast.

actually it would be overnight next sunday to monday. probably not happening, i doubt we get the temps needed but its getting closer. also a chance at the end of thanksgiving weekend.
