I doubt term limits for congress gets passed either. I don't think it's a terrible idea though. It would spread campaign money out more. Also Eliminates some conflicts of interest with big business.
Trump seems to be under the impression that an American President has the same powers as a Russian President. Nothing can be further from the truth. IF Trump gets elected, he better pray that the GOP holds both houses of Congress. Not only that, he might want to try to gain some allies while he's at it. Those same people he pissed on during his campaign he's gonna have to "deal" with to get anything done. Trump might be a lame duck on his way into the WH. None of that list will ever get enacted. Trump might be America's version of the King of England.

I fully expect a boom to private sector job growth; with reductions in corporate tax. They may have to consider freezing govt pentions for a year or something to stop a mass govt exit. I think I saw a stat like 20% of govt workers would quit if trump is elected. That would be a messy break up for the American ppl. Need a cooperative transfer of power. Need new ppl trained before the old ppl leave. 3 won't happen. 4-5&6 are not unreasonable. Lobbying has become a legal form of corruption , creating conflicts of interest and pay to play politics. This tit for tat needs to be reduced.
