I'm rooting for the Indians at this point simply because of Maddon. He doesn't deserve to win this game.

 

Cubs would be better off with Maddon as an OF and Heyward as the manager.

Maybe the Cubs can pull someone out of the stands to manage and put Maddon out of his misery?

Or use David Ross.

the kicker is that Maddon even lied about how he'd use Lester. He swore he'd only use Lester to start an innings; that he wouldn't bring him on during an inning with runner(s) on.
