he never looked back at the ball but I don't think he ever touched the WR but it easily could have been called
It is true we've had many calls go the opposite way against us, but it's true we were that close to another meltdown of a game...
I wonder how Jets upper managment will use this win to sell tickets in next years "What it means to be Green Campaign"Theres def some highlights they will add in there....Get your tickets now!!
You sound like some of these "fans" on Twitter complaining when the Jets score because they wanna tank to get one of those garbage QBs in the Draft.
The refs did not call it, so you are incorrect it was most definitely NOT PI. However, in the game day thread I said that we were lucky that it was not called, definitely contact, had a grip on one arm and never looked back for the ball, so easily could have been called.
The refs let the boys play all game. Pretty much the opposite of last week's MNF joke refs. I liked it.
I agree....the WR was definitely pushing off with his hand against Williams' hip. Offensive PI, I agree.
After the Monday Night game where even the announcers were getting annoyed and baffled at all the crazy PI calls ALL GAME, I think the league had a mtg with the refs.....refs let them play today and even picked up PI flags in other games. I like the way football used to be when these WRs would be prima donnas for about one play before getting carted off.
I have noticed that as well today almost to the point of the other extreme, I have seen at least a half a dozen plays that would more often than not be called PI let slide today.
There were like 60 uncalled holds by each offensive line. Go break down that film and stop wasting our time with idiot threads.
No pass interference. He hit the ball before he made any contact with the receiver. Good defensive play.
