I really don't think that either of these candidates would be elected for a 2nd term. Both parties are going to try to move on from this election because both candidates are so hated by the voters within their respective parties.

I don't see Clinton relinquishing the position. I see extension of corruption and extension of influence over the party. In 4 years enough newly admitted citizens will be living in swing states Republican Party will have to have major reforms in order to remain relevant. The Republican Party will have to have such reform that many of their long fought after conservative values will be sacraficed to remain relevant as well as probably many of those values will already be stripped by the newly appointed Supreme Court justices. 4 years after that , Clinton will hand select her successor.

I just don't see another conservative elected president in our lifetime. I see a major liberal shift that must be adopted in order to advance the progressive movement.

Clinton is not going to change anything though. Why should she? Possibly more programs and entitlements for the disadvantaged but offering little opportunity for the average American to advance. More taxes , more competition with influx of newly admitted citizens , more outsourcing and pandering to big business, more regulation, bigger government, and a new level of authority anchored by systematic corruption. Add to that failing infrastructure, dirtier cities and streets, more trash, a fuller and less functional subway system, increased crime, and overall loss of respect for each other and loss of traditional values.

Deleting/destroying/permanently removing 30k pieces of evidence while knowingly being subeoned by a court of law alludes to guilt and to a system that protects only certain citizens. We have evidence now that the state department attempted to make a deal with the FBI and its classification of emails. Forgive me if I have doubts in the current administrations honesty and forthrightness in providing facts to the public. On top of all of that we have a mainstream media prepared to paint a holier than thou Democratic Party leading us to some liberal and progressive utopia that protects the rights of all of its citizens; but clearly ignores the rights and liberties of its conservative citizens.

So I welcome all those who haven't served haven't given sweat, blood and tears to my country to have a seat at the table where my grandfather fought, where my uncles have served, where I serve, to take a piece of my bread, but all I ask is you work hard and defend the rights and liberties of all of its citizens. And allign yourself with one country and that can only be USA .

"In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American...There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag... We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language... and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people."

yeah..30mins of Sane Trump then.....TRex Trump makes his appearance.

Attack... Attack... Pivot... Attack... Attack.. Snarl... Sniffle.. Snort... Attack.. Attack..

Truly awful optics. BTW, WTF does "bigly" mean? One last thing.. His use of "Hombre" was a not so subtle dog whistle and everyone except loyal Kellyanne (Who looks like she really needs some sleep) saw it for what it was.

The moment that Trump finally nailed himself inside the coffin in the election was at the moment he wouldn't commit to the nominee. He has flip flopped this answer many times and after his VP and daughter said he would commit he said 'we shall see and wait find out'

    Deathblow.

I love how he repeats childish comments back at Hillary after he called her out on something. I thought she had her best debate yesterday.

    Chris Wallace was good too

So Trump has been saying all along that the election is rigged, emails came out confirming the DNC rigged things for Hillary, videos came out showing people employed by the DNC admit to illegal or at the very least completely unethical methods to try and get Hillary elected but now since Trump would not say he would accept the election result in this last debate that is a deathblow?

How many deathblows has Trump had since he announced he was running? Seems he has been counted out at least once a week for the last few months.

Johnson's view on the debate, on point as usual

My Statement: What We Heard Last Night

What did we hear last night?

Obama saved the economy, or Obama killed the economy, but we’ll both keep increasing the debt.

We both say we believe in free trade, but not the policies that will allow it.

We will both reform taxes by continuing the tinkering to pick winners and losers. We might change the winners and losers, but we’ll still pick them.

The option of a tax code that doesn’t manipulate us isn’t on the table.

On entitlements, once again, the politicians are afraid to tell the truth. Let’s just duck it for another couple of weeks and then it won’t be a problem for us.

And on foreign policy, I defy anyone to find a policy on that stage that will make anyone safer, here at home or on the other side of the world.

But even more fundamentally, we had an entire discussion about ‘fitness for office’, and the responses amounted to which candidate is the real criminal.

America deserves better. The two-party duopoly has brought us here. It’s time to try another way.

Was trying to figure out what was the line Trump countered back with...

I think it was when Hillary dropped in Trump as a Puppet and he retaliated with "You are a puppet! you're a puppet!"

I lost it at that haha

You really believe he is going to bounce back here? What's he have in store for us...A late October or November surprise?

We all know he is a sore loser, he probably will bitch and moan afterwards if he loses.

that's going to be the worst part of this thing. I am eagerly awaiting the end of this election but sadly I believe we'll get months and months more of Trump bitching and that will be unbearable

My point was that, since this started, Clinton backers and other kept saying how Trump was done, that he would never win any state primary, then it was he would never win the nomination, then he would say something else and we would get another round of "that just did him in". All that and he kept going while people kept counting him out.

I wouldn't count him out especially if more Clinton emails and other info becomes available via wikileaks.

I also never got a response to the below exchange and was wondering if you had an answer. I've been waiting for someone to convince me that Johnson is not the best choice for President.

Trump ran against a large field of buffoons and basically won by calling them buffoons. He won with about 30% of the deplorable's vote.

He is now in a general election against one person who while unlikeable and possibly guilty of criminal neglect, isn't a buffoon. This election also has a bigger voter pool. Besides the deplorable's that voted for Trump in the Republican primary you have a large pool of Hispanic Rapists and murderers. You have African Americans who will be ducking bullets to vote, there will be at least one Federal Judge who may have had Mexican parents and probably a bunch of White men who wear expensive suits who work on wall street along with large numbers of white republican suburban women who have had their pussy's grabbed. In that pool I think you can count Trump out.

amazing people are more concerned with trump suggesting the election could be rigged than the actual evidence that the election is being rigged. no wonder we end up with douchebag candidates.

To make sure, you do stand with Trump being the #1 on the list of douchebaggery of all candidates.

They are all douchebags, but this is what our country offers us.
