Kreider in beast mode, best player on the ice, good win against a Stanley Cup finalist from last year

I agree that Stepan is useless, but is he old too?

Stepan and Nash look like they are skating in mud, the rest of the team is flying

staying grounded over here, enjoy the win, get out, get ready for the next game, its a grinding long season, dont get too high or too low over anything.
remember the hot start last year? its the only reason they made the playoffs, they sputtered the rest of the season after it

I think this offense is going to be here for good, not worried about that. I'm worried about the dumpster fire that is the defense. Rangers need to trade for Trouba ASAP and can't give up too much, and especially can't give up anything that gets replaced by Tanner

Agreed 100%. It's nice to see wins and the new guys and kids playing well. But come March, no one will care about beating the Sharks 5-4 in game 3.

The grind is what makes hockey just like every league aside from NFL.

I don't like the goals Lundqvist has been giving up though...Hopefully he is not burnt out from World Cup

They also need to find a taker for Dylan McIlrath. A player who I am sure Torts requested for us to Draft. He is not a AV player, a punisher...A pity because I want to see what he has in his game.

    Fucking A...True Story just now...

Sitting at my desk at the office and WAYNE FREAKING GRETZKY walks up to me to ask me about something on my desk.

He came in for a video interview...I was literally blown away. Dude is so nice, so much less intimidating then Messier when I ran into him...No photo as he was leaving, but I shook the legend's hand and can cross off a bucket list of running into a sports GOAT.

How come Matt? I don't venture into the drunk thread much...Usually because when I am drunk I am too busy acting a fool with people around me lol

That is awesome, Poe. I would have been blown away too. The guy re-defined the sport.
