The most important step in saving this franchise is for Devin Smith to be cut TODAY. That's how bad he is. Devin Smith should be cut TODAY. God does he suck.
A championship week, even. How the hell would Brandon Marshall know what a "Championship week of practice" is? Fucking dude has never even been in a playoff game.
A complete waste. Stephen Hill II. It shouldn't be that hard to find a respectable deep threat..even if that's the only strength he provides. But like everything else on offense..the Jets haven't had a deep threat in over a decade & are basically incapable of scouting, drafting or developing a solution; Not like we have a QB who can actually throw more than 20 yard floaters anyway...
Is there any realistic chance that he gets cut next year instead of Anderson or peake. I can definitely see one of them getting cut which would be unfortunate
Yeah I could possibly see that happening to. Gotta hold my breath every time he fair catches the ball lol
Now that Fitz is benched, we have a QB that can throw a deep ball! Just kidding, noodle arm Fitz it is.
Kurt, I'm sorry that things have come to this, but imo, I hope that you'll step away for awhile for your own good. I like you and often, if not usually, agree with your posts, and even when I don't, respect your opinion, but your personality has changed. This team is making you nuts. Posts like this are not you. You know it's stupid to label a 1st year player a "waste" or "bust." You also know that we do have 3 QBs who are capable of throwing the ball on a rope more than 20 yards.
I've noticed this too. Robby is the easiest jet to pick out from a distance as his physique is quite unique and he always seems to get manhandled on his routes
The league is going out of its way to protect wr's I don't think that this is as big of an issue as its been in the past. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
No, it is not Joe Benigno. It is a fan with a pair of fully functional eyes that knows a draft bust when he sees one. Why do we need to hold onto this guy and wait for him to do severe damage to this franchise before we cut him? Did we not learn our lesson from DeWayne Robertson & Kyle Wilson? There is such a thing in sports as addition by subtraction.
Don't forget Devin Smith's shining moment: He should have been forced to surrender his uniform after that fumble.
Are you a UMich fan? Don't really understand the extreme hatred for a guy who has played a half a year and has a noodle armed QB who can't play to his strengths
