Love how this announcer keeps saying "you gotta understand the situation"...um, fuckwit, in which situation would a blatant late hit on the QB be OK?

Also, they've played this whole game acting like they forgot the play clock esists.

Panthers with the two-point conversion to make up for missed PAT and tie the game.

That loss is on him, he missed wide open receivers on that last drive.

It's good the Giants won that game, or it would be a major embarrassment for the league. As it is, it's only a normal embarrassment.

Took a while, but Saints ultimately send the defending NFC champs down to 1-5.

So Beasley catches it, is going to the ground, loses it when he hits the ground. Will they call it incomplete? Of course not!! I give up trying to predict what these striped assholes think is a catch, or a 'football move'.

The football broke the plain of the goaline before he lost control.

I have always wondered how hard it is for the refs to keep that point in mind, football breaks plain, it's a touchdown.

Catching it in the end zone is a different story, you have to have control through out the process.

The tears from Giants fans would've been epic though. Justified, but tasty.

That...doesn't always matter. Plus, if it was that clear to them, it would've been 'confirmed', but since they said the call "stands", they wouldn't have reversed it if they had said incomplete initially. No clarity whatsoever.

Also, so much for the mighty Panthers. I wonder what the record is for conference-champs-to-scrubs, without some sort of catastrophic injury.

Dak Prescott ties Brady's record with 162 passes without an INT to start his career.

Edit: And now he breaks the record.

Yeah no, they gotta let Prescott keep playing. I get why its a 'hot topic' but honestly, why put Romo out there to get snapped in half again?

That looked like a fumble and not an INT, but whatever. Edit: yup.

Kind of like the Jets (except we win the meaningless games we should win) and we will draft a CB or DT.

Here is the definition of the touchdown based on the NFL rule book.

It does not get any simpler than that.

The touchdown is scored the instant the ball crosses the plane of the goal line—that is if any part of the ball is in the space on, above, or across the goal line—while in possession of a player whose team is trying to score in that end zone.

I'm glad the Panthers have eaten some humble pie, I can't stand the super man move by Cam. He is talented but it's like enough already.

Just play football and when you do something absolutely amazing then you can do it.

If we lose this week, we'll be bottom of the division. But not to worry! We're getting close to figuring out our original gameplan!
