Not the case Waterboy. She voted to authorize the President to go to war. At the time the Bush Administration was making the argument for stronger sanctions to get Iraq to open up it's weapons stockpiles for inspection, giving the Administration the ability to act was the right move. It turned out our Intel was bad and Bush was dumb enough to actually go to war when we already got Iraq to agree to inspections. It's likely with a no vote from Congress they wouldn't have opened up their weapons for inspection. She didn't vote for war she voted to give the President the ability to act which gave him the ability to get Iraq to open their stockpiles without actually going to war. She didn't know up front that Bush and Cheney were lying and wanted to go to war no matter what. Directly after 9/11 we were actually scared shitless about chemical weapons.
Trump was making a point and fighting fire with fire. The media makes a huge deal about his words from the past but gives Hillary a pass on intimidating bills victims from the past. He can choose to allow them to take him down with that bias or fight back.
I just thought bringing up 50-60 other people who voted for it when none of them are involved in this race was pointless.
I'm not the one who doesn't understand how the tax code was properly used. Maybe you can educate yourself on that one instead of lapping up the false left wing narrative.
Without the Congressional Resolution the President would not have had the authority under the War Powers Act to take the steps he did. Clinton voted yes to that resolution. Whether right or wrong steps were taken after that point does not take away that she voted to authorize those actions.
and that's coming from someone who thinks that the FBI violent crime stats is just a conspiracy against blacks...
Because in Trump's alternate universe intimidating victims is telling them they've done good work on a campaign. That's the only 'intimidation' that's out there.
Almost but the victim tells it a bit differently. There's video for everyone to watch, just Google it
Actually that would be in the rape victims world what Hillary did was intimidation. There does not have to be words exactly saying "I will get you if you say anything", a threat can be implied and Clinton's rape victim felt like she was threatened.
I wish he would of brought it up so that in the final debate we can finally talk about whats important and why we should vote.
Correct the President decided to go to war. Hillary Clinton didn't vote to go to war. She voted authorization to the President. At the time the President was looking for the authorization because he needed the power to get Iraq to open their stockpiles to inspection. Iraq opened their stockpiles to investigation and he went to war after they Iraq complied. Hillary deserves her war monger tag for the dumb move of getting the US to interject itself in Libya. On Iraq not so much. Bush was singularly the dumb ass on that one.
Isn't her slogan "I'm with her"? And isn't that why ww're supposed to for for her? " Isn't it about time we have a woman president?"
It doesn't have anything to do with "she" or "her" being not PC. In fact the analyst wasn't even saying it was politically incorrect he just said it was Trump's strategy because it was. In most debates opponents refer to one another by titles and are a little more formal: "my opponent, Secretary Clinton thinks.." "Senator Obama is wrong because..." "Governor Bush, you are mistaken." Trump made an effort to NOT address her formally last night as he has done that in the past and in the first debate. It was an effort on Trump's part, for what reason, I don't know, but he wasn't calling her Secretary Clinton on purpose. The first debate over 20 times he referred to her as "secretary clinton." Last night ZERO. That was done on purpose and that's basically what the guy was pointing out there
Donald J. Trump demanded on Monday that the Republican co-chairman of the Presidential Commission on Debates step down, intensifying a clash that could precipitate Mr. Trump’s withdrawal from the third and final debate in Las Vegas next week. The move followed an extraordinary backstage confrontation on Sunday night between Mr. Trump’s campaign and the commission co-chairman, Frank Fahrenkopf Jr., who blocked Mr. Trump from giving his V.I.P. box seats to a group of women who have accused former President Bill Clinton of making unwanted sexual advances. http://www.nytimes.com/2016/10/11/us/politics/bill-clinton-accusers-debate.html?partner=msft_msn
The only thing I can think of is that it was an effort to make her seem "unpresidential." Also I think the way he was standing right over/behind her and stuff was planned as well. make her seem small & weak
