Jets vs. Steelers - 2016 Game 5

And you watch teams like NE time and time again score at least 3 points in that scenario

 

This is more than just vintage Jets.
This is about as bad as I have ever seen this team.
The fact that they are hanging in there by 1 point at the half has everything to do with the Steelers trying to lose.

 

its almost as if the Steelers figured all they had to do was roll their helmets on the field today..

 

How did we win a game?

 

It was Buffalo. The only time this team actually shows up is Buffalo, Miami and NE.

 

If we had a franchise qb, and more than 1 timeout, maybe Bowles decides to pass there.

 

With only one timeout there, going into the half isn't awful. They push it there and turn it over and everyone is saying how could they do that. Before the game, you tell me they're down one at the half and I take it.

 

Tone it down a little. The Jets are playing pretty decent for once. Yeah I'm sure they'll blow it, but some of you guys are acting like it's 28-3.

 

I thought that was when Rex was here.

 

Both rookie LBs have been out of position on various plays. Also, we can put #55 on the shelve he is slowing showing he can not cover, can not ruch the passer consistently and gets blocked consistently. Other then that he is a nice story...

 

Honestly, it may just all come down to we are screwed with Fitz. I know what you are saying. I just dont know what else we can do down there. Having Fitz drop back and go through his progressions inside the 20 doesn't seem to be working.

I personally want more timing routes, runs, and fades down there.

 

I've never been a sunnysider, but listening to all you guys bitch and moan,you'd swear the Jets were down by double digits!!!

 

Some of you are ignoring how good the opponents offense is.

The fact that you're not completely incredulous right now is either really impressive or you're not watching.
Just wait till Tom Brady punctutes this team's secondary with an air attack the likes of which will be all over the highlight reels.

AMAZING WE ARE STILL IN THE GAME,,,but blown coverages / assignments and big plays are still doing us in . I expect Pitt to play much better in the 2nd half and if we don't this will be a lopsided loss.Pitt has very good coaches that make second half adjustments we do not .
