First half of this game is over. 7-6 Jets at Halftime. So far this Jets team is doing well on both sides of the field. Offensively they are doing decent. Barlow really stepped it up on the 16 play drive. The defense is doing really good. The Rush Defense is doing good today, which is great. Hopefully the Jets can keep it up in the 2nd Half.
Soooo Glad I'm Not the only one who saw both. This is really a fuckin Mockery to the integrity of the League. The NBA is unwatchable because of the Officiating... I hope the NFL doesn't get to that point.
Neither QB is impressing anyone. The field conditions are awful as well. Reminds me of the old Meadowlands in the rain..
Notice how they don't even mention the roughing the passer call during the CBS highlights, I think the NFL has a gag order on commentators not to discuss it and raise too much hell.
Why don't they just put a red jersey on the QB and say no hitting them. At this point that would make it at least not an arbitrary stupid game-changing penalty.
I guarantee Gilette field gets fieldturf next year. They are having the same issues we had a few years ago.
I was done 2 weeks ago during NBC's highlight show. They show the Baker play, and all you get is a "Hmph" from Sterling Sharpe, and that was the end of it. God forbid you actually debate it. Nah, let's just ... move on ... :wink:

You mean on our opponents as Chad gets killed every week on plays that could be calld but we never get a call.
It sucks that good hard aggressive defensive football is not rewarded anymore in this league. That was a perfectly time and executed blitz, hit and resultant int. Textbook. I hope Mangini has a word with the ref's at the very least.
