Let's face it. The guy has been bad. Two major clutch drops in the first two games and now he is growing alligator arms. It was embarrassing to watch the coaches after that play. He should be sat. He can not be looked at as the #1 after his performance thus far. Fitz should be instructed for Deck to be is #1 target and Quincy for his #2. Especially in the clutch.
Brandon Marshall has more heart than anyone else on the team. He may drop passes but this team desperately needs his energy. Sent from my KIW-L24 using Tapatalk
I think he is hurt The game he got hurt and came back in, his leg looked unstable kinda like jelly Reminded me of that game when RG3 got hurt but came back I bet his ligaments are stretched like a mother and he def feels pain or apprehension Rest him please-
Thread fail. Stop being emotional and targeting someone to blame. Start with our QB who threw 3 red zone interceptions. Marshall is a true #1 and the leader of this team IMO. Just stop man
As someone who hase suffered from long-term, chronic pain for 14 years, I can assure you that it affects your ability to function. Long suffering is right, if BM is hurt then the best thing we can do is rest him. If we destroy his knee he is no good to us anyway. I know we need the wins, but right now it looks like he just can't do it. I admire his heart, but I'd rather sit him for a few weeks and try to regain some strength so that when he can return he can help us fight to make the playoffs. Frankly, I'd rather have that than a couple more wins now and then lose him for the rest of the year (or forever) when his knee finally buckles soon. That's my $.02
I swear, this place finds ways to get worse day after day. And it's really only a select group of malcontents that make it happen but regardless, it's impressive.
Do you give up this easy in every aspect of your life? Two bad games for a future hall of famer who played hurt.
I totally agree. I'm sorry to hear about your chronic pain! I've pinched the femoral nerve in my right hip almost 2 years ago, and have a compressed disc between L3 & L4. I've been in fairly constant pain for that time, although it's lower level and manageable. Still, it's been enough to make me appreciate and respect those who do suffer with debilitating, chronic pain. My hat's off to you.
Im not saying he hasnt struggled a tad so far but he was probably les than an inch away from having his career end with that knee injury. He stated tht he thought that was it for him when it happened. He's arguably the best player we have on offense. So i am not sure awful is accurate.
