Some awesome games this weekend. Bama bitch slapped USC holy crap. Unfortunately Auburn couldn't quite pull it out against Clemson... that would've been nice to see them go down. Okie goes down to a tough Houston team and LSU proves yet again they can't find a QB worth a damn. Nebraska with a nice tribute to Punter Sam Foltz who died in a car crash. Lining up in punt formation with 10 guys and no punter. Can't imagine the feelings his family must've had http://www.espn.com/college-footbal...s-honor-late-teammate-sam-foltz-lining-punter
The ending to the LSU Wisc. game was great. Love to see LSU lose like that. Josh Boutte should get at least a couple of games off for the cheap shot. In FCS news #11 McNeese as expected destroyed Tarleton St 33-3, out gaining them 568 yards to 134 yards, 210 rushing to -5 rushing, TOP 43:24 to 16:36. That was with a lot of 2nd and 3rd string in the second half.
Bama looked very good, once the offensive line settled in (lots of new players there) and if Hurts continues to play like that there won't be many team that will give them a decent game. As for LSU, well Les MIles could be looking for a new job unless he can pull that team around very quickly.
this is pretty disgusting. While the Foltz family was down in Lincoln at the Husker game where Sam was being honored at, these thugs targeted their house for robbery. http://www.omaha.com/huskers/thieve...cle_216096f8-72c1-11e6-85de-c39ced7160b1.html
Unfortunately this is a sign of the times we live in. I know of several people who were burgled whilst at funerals. The scum bags doing this just look through the local press announcements and go from there.
YUGE game for the Huskers tomorrow. They win and they are ranked and will likely be 7-0 when they go to Wisconsin and possible 8-0 or 7-1 when they go to play Ohio State in Columbus GO BIG RED
This is awesome. Fuck Pedo State. And fuck Joe Paterno and all who support that POS as he burns in the depths of hell. http://www.espn.com/college-footbal...zing-anniversary-joe-paterno-first-game-coach
*#^$*#&$ Ped State for repeatedly honoring and condoning pedophilia Noah Brown just made an unbelievable catch for the Luckeyes OU DB faceguarded him in the end zone so he couldn't possibly catch it, so he caught it around the defender's back while in the air
It was time for him to be fired. LSU has an extremely talented team this year and is only 2-2. He also has been terrible at getting even average play from the QB position.
I'm not surprised he gone but the timing is a little surprising. 4 games in and the Head Coach and Offensive Co-ordinator are both sacked. It will also be difficult to find replacements during the season, so they are probably going to have to go with a temporary appointment for the rest of the season, and that never good for recruiting.
