Did y'all already discuss the 2 horrible PI calls at the 1? I say sit Brady the rest of the Season... the Kraft boyz got dis...smfh..
Bill O'Brien isn't very good at picking QBs. He starts with Fitz, who plays well, but then he trades Fitz to us and signs Hoyer for more money. He should've just stuck with Fitz, but Hoyer wasn't too bad. And it would've been better if he didn't pull Hoyer for Mallett (LOL). But fed up with Hoyer too, he dumps him and signs Osweiler for big bucks. Meanwhile, the Texans still have a better chance of making the playoffs than we do because the AFC South is a joke. Thanks for Fitz though.
There use to be a video of the tuck rule called by raiders radio. It is completely removed from the web now. I wonder who paid to have that taken down?
Man if they get a shutout work tomorrow is going to be brutal.... Even more than it will already be being in Boston. I can already hear Boston Radio talking about how Brisset is a better QB than Tyrod Taylor. Please Texans just get a god damn field goal.
Gotta look for a silver lining with a situation like this. We won't be gaining any divisional ground but with the 2-0 Texans falling to 2-1 at least a win this Sunday would then put us up there with Houston at 2-1 along with a tie breaker over K.C. And if Denver can take care of Cincinnati we'll then have a better record than the Bengals who beat us week one. And heck if Jacksonville plays up to their potential they could drop Baltimore to 2-1. All that truly matters is a Jets win on the road over K.C in Arrowhead. Improve to 2-1 and chances are the Jets will find ourselves having one of the best AFC records heading into week 4 while returning for a home game.
This reminds me of 2010 when the steelers started 4-0 without roethlisberger. Sent from my SM-N910U using Tapatalk
Still the dumbest argument of all time. "Well Matt Cassell won 11 games!" Yes he did, which was five(!) more losses with one of the best teams in the league. Imagine if that team was less talented and went 11-5 the year before. Pats lucked out vs. Cardinals, Dolphins were God-awful and the Texans kept fumbling the ball on every other punt. If the Pats had to play the Bengals, Steelers and Denver, for example, things would look a little different. Luck with the schedule with so many injuries and suspensions.
Week one, Houston was rated in the 11-16 range. Week two, 7-13. This week it was 6-7. They need to drop ten slots for week four.
This isn't a good argument either. Considering teams hardly finish with the same record two years in a row, you can't argue legitimately that Matt Cassell won 5 less games with the team he QB'ed. Were the Pats going to go 16-0 again if Brady played? If we don't believe they would, the reasonable argument is what do we think they would have gone? 14-2, 13-3? If so, we are only talking about a 2 or 3 game drop off from Brady to a piece of shit rookie QB who was never competent again.
Theu need to drop more than that. They're not a good team. Brocko was a big mistake by them and its gonna cost them Sent from my SM-N930V using Tapatalk
Exactly, furthermore, the subsequent year, with Brady, their record was actually worse at 10-6 so by that guy's logic, you could say that they got a 1 game bump with Cassell. Fact of the matter is, Pats are good with or without Brady and all the Jets fans counting down the days until Brady retires are deluding themselves. He's not the reason they're good, Belichick is.
