Resigning Fitzpatrick was a major mistake

I have to wonder if you was watching the same game. If our "star receiver" catches that pass it would been like a 72 yard FG.

 

That pass wouldn't have put the team in FG range, but they would have only needed another 15-20 yards to give Folk a chance.

I'm still not buying it. I want to see Geno with Marshall, Decker, Anunwa, Forte, Powell. Then judge him in this offense. Until then, you guys need to stop with the constant badgering of a guy you happen not to like "personally".

 

You are not gonna no matter what you want. The only way Geno plays this year if Fitz gets hurt. If the Jets are out of the playoffs Petty plays.

Guess what that is not from the Geno hater or Fitz lovers it is from the Jets.

 

Jets should've taken him at 18 right then and there. I like Pryor, but Carr was the real deal coming out of the draft.

 

In the do-over draft game, we take Bridgwater at 18.

 

As mediocre as Fitz's arm is (and it is a noodle) he is the smartest qb on the roster. Plus, he is a good leader for this team.

We had little to no better option to fill the position. As much as I want to see what Petty and Hack can do, they're probably not ready to start.

Let's hope Fitz stays healthy...cause somewhat sadly, he gives us the best chance to win.

 

They are both good, but who knows depends on what you want in a QB. I would've been happy with either. Carr however has really taken off. He was a special prospect at Fresno State.

 

I dont know Geno "personally" but from his actions at the draft, his tweets and his interviews, his stiffing a fellow teammate out of money, cursing out an airline attendant or flipping off Jets fans, I agree I probably wouldn't like him "personally".

So what are you trying to say? I have the problem? I need to stop "badgering" him? WTF?

Other than he has bad character, a bad mental approach to the game, lets himself get rattled by the press and the fans and has the worst stats of any active NFL QB on a roster, Geno is great. Super guy. The next franchise QB for the Jets..

 

ESPN showed his interceptions as a Jet and I swear most of his ints came when he targeted Decker.
