I don't know if that would even have worked. I just sent them an email thru the site on the contact us to see if they will give us the points again.

 

This is becoming ridiculous they supposedly upgraded the site to make this easier for us however it does not function and I plan my life around watching the shows for the points I think most of you would agree with me

Fios is always at 6:30 I emailed them and said twice this week no points how long will this go on

 

Without a doubt I hold off doing my after dinner walk this is really BS

 

Sny schedule had 4:30, when you set a table in the database and pre define a time I don't see how they didn't use the original tv schedule thus explaining why the past 3 have not worked...

Your welcome. I'm still waiting for them to credit the code we got earlier today. I emailed them too. Let's see what happens. I hope they get this done before Saturday night show that gives us a code and Sunday code too. Hopefully it will be done before the codes for Sunday too.

 

They need to unplug and plug it back in. I have no confidence in any code working on the first try.

Yes I know. I see this being a headache for everyone that puts codes in and for them dealing with all the email complaints about how the site isn't working and screwing us all the time.
