Honest question for roster experts: In the history of the team, which Jets have served on the practice squad AND developed into quality starters? Just curious how often it happens.
It's the same injury. He just needs more time to rehab it, wasn't quite healed all the way I'm guessing. One report said re-injured and another said continue rehabbing.

I think Enunwa was on the PS his 1st year. I was reading an article a few days ago that said Shaq Evans (one of the WRs we took in a talent heavy WR draft class that didn't pan out) was released by the Jags. It mentioned Evans was on IR his 1st but to try and feel as part of the jets team he would attend meetings and either buddied up or roomed with Enunwa (who was on the PS) and that both WR were big bodies at 6'2" and 6'1". Hopefully Enunwa keeps developing.
LB Victor Ochi visited yesterday but according to the team did not sign a contract to join the practice squad. There are currently 6 spots filled on the squad. It turns out he was injured but not waived with the designation - his shoulder was hurt in last game but should be better in 1-2 weeks and at that time he will sign. All four of the guys waived (Dex, Martin, Williams & Robinson) cleared waivers and the first 3 are PS eligible with rumors circulating that FO want to sign them all.

No shit.... Guess the quality of the competition up there in the CFL isn't what it used to be.. or never what we thought it was..
I really like how Mac has improved the WR and LB since he's been here. Night and day better. Secondary has been improved but will need some work soon. O-Line is next to me. Immediate future need.
Good question. He looked like a beast in that 4th preseason game. I thought he may have even secured a roster spot with his play.
