The dude is intense actually, observing every detail that's happening around him. It's in the eyes.... Lol typical some people reading something negative into something they're clueless about.
Can't wait until we see the Patriots take the field @ Carolina tonight. It's only preseason but week 3 could be an indicator on what type of QB the Patriots will field during their 1st 4 games in Jimmy Garoppolo @ Arizona, vs Miami, vs Houston & vs Buffalo. Yea, he's looked really good thus far through two games going 27/39 (69.2%), 349 yards, 1 TD/0 INT's and a QB Rating of 105.6 (only sacked twice). Both games were at home in Foxboro against New Orleans & Chicago. Let's see how he performs tonight on the road while up against an actual tough Carolina defense. I personally think Garoppolo is a below average/mediocre Quarterback and Brady being out for 4 games has been a very underrated topic of discussion around here. I'd love to see Jimmy put up a shitfest tonight while putting doubt into the hearts of N.E moving forward.
You're bumping this for a Pats game? This thread could get bumped 4 days a week in the preseason. Which I guess means it belongs in the NFL forum.
Wow. That's weird for a 3rd preseason game; Belly didn't even allow Garoppolo to finish the 1st quarter and pulled him in favor of Brady. During Jimmy's limited action he didn't look good at all. Had happy feet within the pocket, looked bad under pressure and struggled moving the ball, only throwing for 37 yards during 3 drives (including a 10 yard penalty due to intentional grounding). QB Rating of only 73.4. Limited action. Not enough to make a fair assessment. But he looked pretty bad against Carolina's defense.
So says the guy who just bumped up an Antonio Cromartie thread (from October of 2015) about his "Financial Situation". You do not only know, but also understand, that Antonio Cromartie no longer plays for the Jets, right? So why would you possibly bump that thread on the Jets main forum? Maybe it's because you're just a little hypocritical hypocrite? With that said I really wouldn't expect a person such as yourself to understand, grasp, comprehend nor realize that the performance of Jimmy Garoppolo and the N.E Patriots is a lot more relevant and on topic in regards to the Jets than that of "Cromartie's financial situation". Take your own little advice before trying to backseat moderate. Nonetheless Jimmy didn't look good at all for N.E tonight.
O.k looks like Jimmy's night wasn't over after less than 1 quarter after all. He just went in for another series here in the 2nd quarter and looked flat out disastrous. His 1st series back (4th series) consisted of an incomplete pass on 2nd down followed by a 7 yard sack on 3rd down (another 3 & out) and a fumble. QB Rating is now down to 65.5. He's looking like absolute dog crap now that he's actually seeing a talented defense. Although vanilla. Can't wait for the likes of Arizona & Houston to throw complex defenses with multiple looks at Garoppolo come the regular season. He's going to struggle.
I was just wanna see Pryor drop the hammer on Beckham or Cruz tonight. Just once.....please Eli with a bloody nose would be icing on the cake
