Franchise isn't to different from last. Changed how the draft works a little as far as late round gems and fixed the amount of busts you can draft round 1. One underrated thing that I feel everyone takes for granted..Load times. My god they are night and day better compared to 16! Load times are so quick now its nice
Playing Head 2 Head online with the Jets can be painful. Makes me not want to use them. 0 time in the pocket to let plays develop
I heard this franchise mode is the best its been in years. They upped the practices and scouting? I might get it when the price drops, but I am still playing Fallout 4
Wasn't sure if I wanted to waste money on this. Then I remembered the last time I bought Madden was 13 so it's about time.
Training is the best its been in YEARS. Changed scouting and reversed the cost of seeing the stats. And you can adjust XP sliders again so you can finally get some CB's to raise overall..etc
I've Bought madden every single year since Madden 64 on the Nintendo 64. This is probably the first year I don't have any interest in buying it.
You get scouting points per week(175). You use them to see the best 3 stats in the upcoming draft. It use to be 5 points for best 10 for 2nd and 15 for third best stat. They just reversed it to make it cost more to see best stat overall
That's what I was wondering about the most, the player development. In 16 by year 3-4 there'd be 3 CB's over a 90 rating, 2-4 guys with double digit sacks and every starting quarterback completing 70% of their passes. It was absurd. Hoping they modified that.
Well you can modify how your players earn experience so your guys can level at a comfortable level which I love. In 16 no CB would progress superstar or not . They lower the amount of "gems" in later rounds I'm only at year 2 so I will not know if computers are albeit over powered . Practices before class bet a Tom of experience and after you gold on them your able to sim and will earn gold
So if you earn gold in the practice, the sim automatically continues to earn gold? Basically you should earn gold in the practices the first couple weeks then you're set. Also do you lose scouting points if you sim like last year? I often like to sim the first season and build the team up in season 2 through the draft but it's a pain in the ass to sim week by week so I don't lose scouting points.
Okay DAD. I like doing the offseason and actually building a roster to my liking specifically because I do fantasy drafts. I don't tell you how to play Madden homie lol.
Yes you lose 50% every week you don't use your points . That said loading times are much quicker which may be why you thought It was tedious. Yup I try to get gold on everything I can but there is some I cannot get gold it's kond of hard with some
Hackenberg just cost me the damn Super Bowl (Fitz, Geno, and Petty got injured in the regular season).
