I love every movie this guy does, especially the Hans Zimmer soundtracks that are just epic...He is the Spielberg of this era, and this may be his Saving Private Ryan. (At least I hope it is)
As France fell the Germans had the remaining Allied forces pinned down at the port city of Dunkirk. There was a rescue mission to ship them back to England and every boat available on the Island came across to pick troops up, even fishing boats and the like.
Interesting. I haven't been terribly impressed with any of his films so far. I'm sure this will be better than the Michael Bay Pearl Harbor, though.
It was okay. I watched it on Netflix. Better than a lot on there. But that's not saying much I know. Black&White
Hopefully it is not as shitty as Inception. At least he will always have the Dark Knight series. That was great work.
All of his movies have been great. Including Inception and Interstellar. The Prestige was also good. Probably Insomnia is his worst film, but even that is pretty good.
I wasn't too crazy about Insomnia. I'll be curious about how historically accurate this will actually be.
No it wasnt...flaming turd to you only. The rest of the world thinks its one of the best films of this century
Interstellar was awesome, but could see people not liking it if you arent into science and space travel. Loved the time relativity aspect. Inception was good too, but really needed to watch it twice to fully grasp what the fuck was going on. Think the Prestige will always be my favorite though...such great story telling.
The reviews are in: https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/dunkirk_2017 DUNKIRK is another masterpiece by Christopher Nolan. Can't wait to see it tomorrow!
Ed Wood, Jr., fought in a bra and panties underneath his uniform on Tarawa. That's one my favorite WWII facts. Anyway, will definitely see just to ogle Tom Hardy. Jesus Christ, dude, will you please get your shitty teeth fixed, lol. That's not a plea, it's a demand.
I got my tickets for tomorrow night of course On a side note, I saw Spiderman (Very good due to Keaton), War for the Planet of the Apes (AMAZING), The Big Sick (pretty good)
