Okay, so that now all of the auctions and marketplace items are gone..... 1. Did anyone use the VIP Training Camp yet? Wondering what it is like compared to what the "common folk" have access to? 2. Were you supposed to get an umbrella for each seat that you have or just 1 for all in the ticket package that came? 3. In the Marketplace, what were some of the items that you didn't like? Mine were the plastic cup with the straw and the Shaun Ellis poster.
They just put out a code and the site is under maintenance. I'm not surprised... Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
1 I didn't get the VIP training camp. 2. One umbrella per account, no matter how many seats are part of that account 3. I got all signed memorabilia this year, makes for good man cave/office décor. Those cups and coasters seem overpriced for what they are. You can buy a Jets cup on Amazon for $5
I'm going to the VIP Training Camp on Wednesday, I'll let you know what the difference is between the experiences.
Thanks KANZ, I was actually hoping to hear from someone before Wednesday. That's the day I might be going to the VIP practice.
1 umbrella / account and 1 item from the list This year the pants were crappy, last year I got a pair that were new, this time they were used but not sure by who. There was a "60" written on a tag inside so I'm assuming Brick Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk
Still no one has done the VIP Training Camp at Jets Camp? I need to know today so I'm not caught by surprise tomorrow when I go.
Not sure this will be precisely the same experience this year, but my dad and I attended what seemed to be a VIP Training Camp session last season. We got special passes and walked through the building using the same entrance as the players' family members. There was some food (sandwiches, salads, and Gatorade) on a deck overlooking the practice field, then we were walked over to sit under some nice (A/C-ed?) tents near the end zone, again with the players' friends & families. After practice, some of the players went to the general public on the sidelines, others came directly to our tent and a couple just headed straight to the locker room. Got to meet and get autographs from quite a few players, and they were very nice and generous with their time. Again, I can't say this year's experience will be the same, but just thought I'd share ours. Hope you have as much fun as we did. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I went last year. It was pretty cool. You sat under a tent with friends and families of the players because after practice a lot of the players came over to say hello to someone that they knew. I will say it's hard to actually watch the practice because you're more on the end zone side of things but if you go up to the seating area where they have Gatorade and waters you can see a little better. Cheers
Thank you ori and J3TS! That was what I needed to know about being under a tent. I will post my experience after I get home tomorrow night.
Is there a list of where to get the codes so I can be a bit more diligent this year since the window of opportunity is barely cracked open now? With working 50-60 hour weeks, it's hard to be fully on top of all the shows that will have codes. It was great when we had team work and everyone posted to help each other.
I haven't seen a list per say but I agree we should compile everything and make one so these opportunities don't slip... Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
Just SKIP failed. SHOW was active when the site was previously up. I agree on getting a schedule together. The main shows to focus on are the SNY shows and Jets Talk Live, as they play through the week. Just as an example, there is a JTL today at 2pm, but it's on Facebook Live. I guess they are trying something new this year to maybe get more viewers, not sure if they are even calling it a proper JTL show.
