    I agree, I really hope he gets an honest shot this preseason..he certainly has the arm to compete and by now he should have learned the offense enough to at least be the backup.

    I wouldn't say we are in a rebuild. More like a holding pattern. The Pats are ending their run soon. (Thank God!) Seattle, Carolina, Green Bay, even Arizona are on another level..... we just have to improve in so many areas. Fitz just guarantees us competative games. I want to see Hackenberg and Petty in as much exhibition game time as possible. Our search for a franchise QB is going to epic lengths.

    depends on if you ascribe their success to Brady or Belichik. Waiting to see what happens with Garoppolo. IMO Belichik can make a contender out of steaming turds but without a Brady there's no 4th quarter comebacks or super bowls
