Until they identify a long term answer at QB, who knows...

Our defense is ready to contend for a Super Bowl as of right now.

On the offensive end we're featuring a dynamic nucleus with a trio of Fore, Marshall & Decker.

This team is ready to contend, and contend now. There really aren't many NFL teams combined with this much overall quality on both sides of the ball; All we need is a Quarterback to perform. If Geno Smith can only decrease the amount of turnovers we'll have just as good of a chance as any other team.

    I agree.

He is a small sample, but I can totally see Khiry Robinson (Powell also) having high TD totals all season, due to goal line chances.

As long as Geno isn't QB we might have a chance.

Lol...im not a Geno guy. We gave him the keys to the car and not only did he crash it, he lied and refused to admit that it was his fault. Woody had to see a video in order to get to the truth. Then Geno said, "Woody, this tape is a lie, i had the car at such and such time.!" His dumb self didnt realize that West coast time was different and so Woody punched him in the mouth thus breaking his jaw. The Jets covered up the whole ordeal by saying Ik did in attempt to avoid a media nightmare! With all that said i think kids do stupid stuff all the time, give him a shot. He has pro bowl receivers now lets see what he can do.
Read the title of the post please, and cast your vote in the pole. Thanks

    Hey everyone.

I've been playing a lot of lotto lately, and a few months back I won 200 bucks! Legit.

I'm confident I'm 1-3 years away from winning the big one. I might Only be 1, or 2 numbers away.

I'm going to be a millionaire.

They will never find a franchise QB in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th rounds. When they bite the bullet and draft one in the 1st, then we can guess how many years they are away from the SB.

    Oh, yea, right.

Just like so called expert's predicated N.Y had "zero chance to win anything more than 2-3 wins" during Geno's rookie season? We ended up winning 8 games with Geno as a rookie. And during those 8 wins? Geno absolutely performed. (Just check the game logs). Geno struggled as a rookie during our loses but without question performed during our wins.

And someone please tell me who Geno had as offensive weapons? Because he for damn sure didn't have A.) Forte, Marshall or Decker & B.) This defense.

We're looking at a 10-12 win team with Geno being surrounded by all of this talent & he'll flourish as a 4th year kid as well.

Just watch. If Geno reduces the amount of turnovers this kid has the physical tools needed in order to become a very good quarterback.

Is this before or after he throws three pick sixes in each game, gets 4 intentional grounding calls, and keeps getting blank stares for yelling the name Nick Mangled when asking for the ball?

You must be referring to his ROOKIE SEASON or 2nd year with absolutely no supporting offensive talents.

Who's to say he won't thrive as a 4th year player with two years starting along with one year of experience learning from the sidelines alongside the likes of Forte, Marshall & Decker?

As you mock Geno during ONLY his 1st two years, please, please, please tell me who his "weapons were". I'm begging you.

    WR #1 ____
    WR #2 ____
    WR #3 ____
    TE #1 _____

Fill in the blanks. Start with his rookie year.

I'll be waiting to laugh at the mediocre cast in which was surrounding Geno.

    I'll wait

what are you rambling on about with this drivel, who the fuck cares about weapons when the quarterback has absolutely no decision making skills or ability to avoid the sack. Marshall & Decker will be open all game yet he'll get picked off for letting go of the ball at the wrong time or eat dirt when he's got no clue how to read a defense change. Geno is not an NFL level QB and will never be one, there's not even a small chance he can fix his mental deficiencies. They are fundamental to who he is, he cannot change being a total moron with ZERO leadership skills and being the laughing stock of the league for getting punched in the face by his own guy in the locker room.

If Rex had the roster we had last year we probably would have won a Superbowl last year or atleast a deep run.Bowles was good but unimpressive at times

I hate to say it but I believe Rex would have made the playoffs with the roster last year. I am not hung up on Rex, I'm kind of glad we moved on, but Bowles did not impress me. I'm still waiting on an explanation of what happened in Buffalo this past January.
