Ha, he does post a lot. 20k posts in 3 years. That's easily the record. I have 41k but it took me 16 years to post that much.
It was a zipper factory and I remember a a U Haul sign in front of it also, can't remember if it became a U Haul or just had the sign in front. We always took the QBX1 from the Bronx to Flushing and then walked over to the stadium for Mets games so we walked all over the area before and after games. Luckily always had a ride with my Dad for the Jets games and yes I remember that cold, especially when the wind was whipping in off the bay.
