Are people really that narrow minded , in today's day and age where a camera phone comes out within 2 seconds of any cops arrival to any disturbance , that cops are just going around murdering people? Black people specifically? With all the heat around cops these days people really still think this? There is such an anti-police agenda in the black community that its almost more than any anti-black agenda that any policemen could possible have. Maybe if cops didnt have to babysit these communities things like this wouldn't happen? Ever think about that? Or is that the cops fault too that 90 percent of the people that live in these neighborhoods have zero respect for their neighbors and their community. Weird how in poor white areas a police presence isnt needed as much. But in this case , I'll give the benefit of the doubt to the police any day of the week. Will I come out to be wrong one time out of one hundred? Sure. But I'll take those odds. You keep waiting for that one time where a cop actually gets proven to be in the wrong and wear that as a badge of honor while the rest of your community rots around you.
They just instituted body cameras here in San Antonio. Catch: The officer only has to turn the camera on if he feels the situation warrants it. When the police PR pig was asked about it, he said "These cameras are for the protection of the officer and the department."
