I was the most anti hack guy on this board, but any concern about Hack in training camp/otas is pointless. The kid sucked in college and he sure as hell will suck in the NFL as a rookie. The Jets drafted him purely because he has the prototypical physical traits of an NFL Qb and they felt that pro coaching could fix whatever mechanical and mental issues he has.

What's foolish is getting worked up over some meaningless OTAs.

Wait, Whut, mental issues?...omg we're so fucked

I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that Hack's 1st year, and the circumstances afterwards at PSU, his Pro Day, and the interviews had a slight bearing on the Hack pick also.

A tweet about a couple of throws on Field B to camp fodder at OTA's? From Semeni? C'mon man.

If Lynch were a Jet and not a Bronco, our local media would not be fluffing him up like they do, but would be tearing him down, like ours does. I'm sure the radio in Denver was absolutely beaming over Tebow after they drafted him too.

It's an ENTIRELY different culture and attitude, and I still think most of their fans are assholes having experienced their wrath after the '98 title game ; )

    Maybe so.

But I think the NYPress is just brutally honest...so if your performance is improving or disproving they will tell it like it is.

Always liked that about NY area You knew where ya stood

who is getting worked up? im not the one throwing around insults and calling people a dick..

I'm just pointing out the possibility that maybe, possibly, somehow, his inaccuracies issues in college, the combine, and OTA's are an issue with, well, his accuracy and that while there are many of reasonable excuses, beyond that he just isnt a very accurate thrower of the football.

i know this is hard to fathom for some. and is up there with area 51 and 911 truthers, but maybe there is an ounce of truth to it?

I don't know if you think I'm disagreeing with you about Hacks OTA performance, but to be clear, I'm not. I simply don't give a fuck.

As for the "dick" comment. I thought it was an obvious joke directed at a guy who generally takes such things well.

Nothing about this thread gets me worked up. It's fun to hear about what guys are doing in the middle of June when we haven't had football in months, but at the end of the day it's all meaningless shit unless an injury happens.

One would think if Hacks problem in college was his accuracy, it wouldn't change seemlesly overnight. He's learning, he's in football school, full time football school and now he'll be able to delegate all of his time to his football. With all these camps going on there really isn't anything to talk about and since he was arguably the most polarizing prospect in the draft and with it being NY media all of this "news" is over-exaggerated, pointless and worthless, he's a rookie he's supposed to struggle thats what rookies do every stop being dumb give him a break. GOD i can't wait till the season starts this plus Fitz plus Wilkerson why is there so much drama here.

Bingo. I visited Denver quite a few times. All their sports media does is kiss the players asses. Then fans call into the radio stations and kiss the players asses some more. What they have to say about Lynch in Denver right now is meaningless

yeah i put it up right after he got banned. im just too lazy to change it. and i kind of like that when he comes back here to lurk he sees it.

then again i am more convinced today that he is a bot than i have ever been before. i commented on a post of his on jetsnation with my same username and was kind of a jerk about it. he responded as if we didnt know eachother. however it seemed as if certain key words set him off.
