Like to see cavs win so delly gets a ring, bogut got his last year, delly got to the cavs the hard way and his performance in an undermanned cavs was sheer guts in last years finals.not sure how much he will play but he is a team player, probably still the cheapest player in the squad

GS throws the perfect screens and it always leaves Curry open. CAVS need to figure out how to get around them.

That's the only real problem I have with GSW. Their screens are borderline illegal every time.

"Why do you hate Steph Curry?"

(Yes I know Bayless is an idiot and not representative of popular opinion)

Get out of the west. Get away from the underachieving and now choking Thunder. Biggest headline possible. New coach brings unknown optimism. Phil hates point guards so he doesn't have to worry about the guy bringing it up the court not passing it. Big three with Melo and Porzingis...literally. Where would he play? Who gives a shit, figure it out later.

If that's the type of stuff that appeals to him, he deserves the Knicks.

If Durant leaves OKC he's going to Washington. He loves Brooks. And playing with Wall , Beal and Porter is wayyyy better than playing with Melo and Porzigis IMO.

Maybe. Would be better than staying in OKC after this debacle.

At the very least it would make the East atleast a little watchable so we wont just put LeBron in the finals again next season.

Why would Durant want to go play with Melo? He already plays with a guy who does not pass the ball in Westbrook. It would be more of the same in NY.

Boston has a better shot of signing Durant. I hope he stays away from the East.

That's what I've been thinking. I'm wondering if he really wants to face off vs. LeBron in the conference finals for at least the next two years.

He should sign a two year deal with a one year opt out in OKC like LeBron did in Cleveland. Give it one more go wirh Westbrook and the two bigs and bolt for the East if it's another conference finals failure. Maybe I'm crazy, but that series just proved that him and Westbrook can get it done as much as it proved they can't. He also can't find a better player to team up with this offseason sans ruining the NBA by going to the Spurs or Warriors.

He's two years late in joining the Wizards. He could've been inserted perfectly with Gortst & Nene, when they were actually working with the backcourt. The Wizards became a bunch of Curry wannabe chuckers this year that's why they took a step back.

Westbrook is a moron at the end of games at times but he's still > Wall, Beal, Melo, anyone on the Celtics, especially when you factor in he has two 7 footers on the glass, one that can score, one that can defend. They need to add more shooting to their bench and I think we'll easily see a rematch next year in the West.

Nevermind that Westbrook was 2nd in assists for the year. Yeah he doesn't pass...

I know I'm late, didn't feel like posting last night.

It was painful, but still an exciting season. The team really gelled in the playoffs, and like JV said, if they can acquire a good bench shooter, I think a championship next year is very possible.

As for the reminder of this year, I probably won't post much, if at all. I couldn't care less about this finals.

Boston has the best coaching in the league right now you can easily argue. Lots of cap space, and picks. If they make some quick moves, they'll be in contention for Durant IMO and it will be just as attractive then the Wizards.

It's def possible. If he returns to OKC they will need to add one more piece. To me they need a deadly outside shooter. Way too many shots went to Waiters and Roberson and that needs to change for them next year.

I'm also thinking as good as the Warriors are , next year it will be 3 straight years of really long regular seasons and playoff runs. Might be the perfect year for a fully stacked OKC team to take them down. Fatigue will be a factor sooner or later.
