AND, she declined to have it done the way the legal eagles wanted in order to be compliant. She KNOWINGLY used her own server.

I don't.... she doesn't belong anywhere near the White House unless she's cleaning it. She may not belong in jail but she doesn't belong leading this country either.

I think some people have it in their head that bill will be running things if she gets in.

"Reckless endangerment?" I don't get it. What statute has been (allegedly) broken and what is the possible penalty? Are we talking felony or misdemeanor here?

Reckless endangerment for the fact she so carelessly put national security below her own convenience. That is the scariest part about Hillary to me, not all the lying, the continuation of all the past three presidents policies (ignoring the clinton foundation and the hypocrisy that is) but the fact she seems to care more about what is easier for her than protecting her own country.

Section 1924 of Title 18 has to do with deletion and retention of classified documents. "Knowingly" removing or housing classified information at an "unauthorized location" is subject to a fine or a year in prison.

He didnt do that well when he was president. He was the one who deregulated banks and allowed them to do all the shit they did that caused the collapse. He also pushed the free trade which was killed prior to his presidency.

I honestly view the Clintons as one inseparable unit. They are the ultimate slick politicians, and they've used each other to gain more power individually, both politically and monetarily, for decades. They have no core values, and will do whatever it takes to get more votes or money.

Exactly, im still not sure why people think he was a good president. Other than the fact that he presided of a period of economic prosperity not ushered by him.

The link you've provided appears to be to the Freedom of Information Act (Section 1090) not Section 24 you cite above. I found nothing in the link to apply here.

    It's two different items.

Both obviously apply if you're not a moron.

So you put in a link that doesn't reference my question or your answer - that makes you the moron if you must get down to juvenile name calling.

Anybody else out there know what possible charges and penalties Clinton faces?
