He was arrested and confined in Romania and in an interview he claimed to have compromised Sidney Blumenthal's e-mail. Gawker looked at what he claimed to have compromised and discovered that e-mails from Blumenthal to Hillary went to a private e-mail server. The New York Times investigated that conclusion and reported that Hillary exclusively used a personal account on a private e-mail server to conduct official business as Secretary of State. Without a fully functioning and independent journalistic process none of this would have come out. Can you imagine any news agency prying into the a story like this if freedom of the press was not seen as an inalienable right in America?
Democrats haven't won West Virginia in awhile. The question is how Jeb voters in Virginia are going to vote, and I'm betting a bunch of them will go for Hillary behind a drawn curtain.

Are you disputing the fact that being trans is classified and regarded, medically, as a disorder? That's not even up to dispute. Gender Dysphoria, previously called Gender Identity Disorder, until some advocates decided it was mean to call a disorder a disorder. Typical semantic bullshit, but it doesn't change the meaning.
This turns out to be a very interesting issue. It seems that Denmark has just declassified transsexualism as a psychiatric disorder and France did about five years ago. The American Psychiatric Association changed its clasification to dysphoria (which simply means distress) four or five years ago. On the other hand, Russia last year reinforced its disorder classification by banning those with the condition from having a driver's license. Indonesia also has continued its disorder definition. Neither of the latter two have been lauded as hotbeds of enlightened thought, however. I'm not sure why this is pertinent here but there certainly seems to be no universal description worth hanging one's hat, or any other argument, on.
