Caps need to take advantage. Clearly don't want to go down 3-1. I thought 3 games was too much for Orpik and 1 is too much for Letang, but I get it. I would have done 1 for Orpik and 0 for Letang. Just because it is the playoffs. Maatta's injury and history played a part thought I am sure.
Insanely brutal loss for the Isles. Wow. Greiss has been great for them but the reality is he's never been a starter. Might be rundown. Bishop hasnt been much better for TB either and thats what makes tonights loss so bad for them. Once Bishop rights the ship its gonna be tough for NYI.

Huge game tonight for the Caps in Pittsburgh. Hopefully they can step up and be the team they are supposed to be. As for the other 3 series: The Blues continue to roll and are still my Cup favorites. They just look so good. Dallas clearly has no goalies and is likely toast. Nashville put up a good fight in Game 3 and look like they can make it a series. The Isles-Bolts series is wide open and wild. All pretty entertaining thus far.
just talking about scheduling twice this week already WAS/PIT was the only game and last night they had all three games going on at once so illogical. In the first round they made St. Louis (IIRC) start a game at 8:30 local time or something so they could have a doubleheader (7 PM EDT first game, then 9:30 EDT second game), which was 90 minutes later than when they usually start

some really bad missed calls from Malkin, there was a hit to the head, uncalled then on a melee behind the play, Oshie got molested by two different Penguins at once. No call. As pointed out on the intermission report, there could've been 4 or 5 calls. Oshie was pissed off so he then took a penalty after.
