Maybe Fitz agent put out to teams that he wasn't interested in moving. I mean Fitz has Gailey, Marshall, Decker and Amaro coming back. He's been on numerous teams maybe he wants to homestead. We will know by training camp.
That's not true. The Steeler have always drafted good, probably had the greatest draft class in NFL history in 1974. The lost a top WR to Denver and reloaded with 3 more WR. The Packers had Ron Wolf for years and he was one of the best GM's. Its his theory of taking a QB every year until you find one or two. Then you unload the lesser one for draft picks. Clay Matthews, Randall Cobb, Eddie Lacey. All homegrown I think they have done well. 24 teams passed on Aaron Rodgers.
Plenty of bad franchises have recently lucked into good young QBs....No one has the formula for good franchise QBs we just havent had good luck in that department We have a better roster than the Packers Steelers and Patriots...Switch QBs and we run away with the Super Bowl. We have similar offensive players and a much better defense throughout than any of these teams
I remember--jackson is who i wanted to the jets to take in the 2014 2nd round--jets took amaro--still there in round three --take him--idiot idzik takes dexter mcrotten--oakland takes jackson with very next pick
Please excuse the religious kid. He can't form his own opinions because he doesn't watch college football. He'll read a draft magazine, take someone ELSE'S opinion and base his opinion off of that. Has no clue but is quick to give you a detailed analysis based on someone else's opinion. He needs talking points to make a point. _
Teddy, Carr, Marcus, Petty, McCarron were my guys over the past 2-3 years. And no one out of the 2013 class or this class. Not a formula but pretty good guesses. _
Good looking athlete, seems like a bright good dude, nice size, strong, and has hands that aren't stones like many CB's. I'm really looking forward now to see how this guy turns out. We'll see about him. Gonna be some good comp at DB
Well said. Thank you. The idea that anyone can definitively call a pick good or bad this early is ridiculous. Could be horrid picks but so much has to happen before that call is made. We forget factors like system, smarts, injuries, luck, opportunity... Tom Brady could have been a failure had things broken differently.
