    I'm in favor of using seventh round picks on specialists. Especially when punter's been so awful for years.

    Punter Lac Edwards, drafted by the Jets in the seventh round, grew up in Australia. After high school, he took a year off from school, worked for a brick layer and played Australian football. He punted an American football for the first time in 2012. He put together a highlight film, sent it to American universities and landed at Sam Houston State.

    Nothing wrong with drafting specialist in the seventh round. Anytime you get a starter come game 1 in the 7th round, it is a good pick.
