@AnthonyDiComo 3m3 minutes ago The #Mets have never before scored 12 runs in an inning. It's a new franchise record.
Did anyone catch SNY showing the side by side view of Plawecki's throwing to 2nd base compared to d'Arnaud's after Belt was gunned down? HUGE difference in their releases and speed. If Plawecki is even half as good as Travis with the bat, the team has to keep him as starter going forward. TdA has become a liability with his arm and teams have noticed.
Been hoping for a replay on ESPN or MLB quick pitch but my timing seems to suck. I hope more Met games will be telecast nationally. I watched the replay of the 12 run inning on the net and it was a thing of beauty.
I agree -- this team has enough weapons offensively. As long as the pitchers like throwing to Plawecki, he has to be the guy forward. I was watching Amazing Race, turned on commercial to see Conforto's double, went back to Amazing Race, switched at commercial to see we were still up and Plawecki walk and Matz SO, turned back to Amazing Race, next commercial switched back to see Cespedes' Salami. This team is pretty darn good.
Not only are they good, they are fun to watch man. I love the emotion. I can't wait to play the Nationals!!
Michael Conforto you are now a man my son. Great fukn AB for Conforto.....Wow! Sandy done struck gold
I'm suppose to go tomorrow. Suppose to rain. I wonder why they gave out Syndergaard gnome on a day Degrom pitching. Conforto has been great so far this year. #everyday player
Too early to call Conforto an All Star? Unreal how good this kid has been , especially since moving him to the 3 hole.
