Great pick. He is a good edge setting OLB and should replace Pace.

I think they like to get their o-linemen in the middle rounds and groom them. While the tackle play was terrible last year, the guards were OK and Mangold, if he stays healthy was OK. Clady should be a big upgrade over Brick (if he stays healthy) and I suspect that Breno will lose his starting job this year, probably to Qvade.

It's also possible that they might think the young Olinemen they have could mature into starters. Remember how many Olinemen they kept on the roster last year (didn't they have something like 11 Olinemen on the opening day roster)? You don't do that unless you think they might be worthwhile at some point - if you think they're just JAGs then you don't carry that many of them.

I think Qvale is a better option than a rookie if it's about just next year

We will be fine on the line as long as it is addressed in the offseason next year

I'm loving this team right now, Walker has been fantastic, Ces picking up where he left off (I still think his crappy WS was due to his injury) and the bullpen has been awesome. Now if only we could get that starting pitching in line :D :D :D

Jenkins is a solid player. He makes plays and is a leader. Get ready for a David Harris type character guy that contributes for this team for the next 8 years or so

Slow start but the Mets have been amazing. Rotation is really starting to come together and pitching the way we thought. The bullpen before Familia was a bit of a question mark but it has been great. Walker's power has been ridiculous especially from the right side of the plate. Conforto looks like a star in the making. Lot to feel good about.

Nice pick finally. Years ago the Jets truck gold with a linebacker from Georgia in the 3rd round. Mo Lewis was solid for many years with the Jets. Hope we got another one. Are Bowles and Mac aware that there is an offensive side of football. Its like Rex is still on the Jets calling the shots.

Mo Lewis's career is forever tainted for being the guy who started the Brady era in NE. Other than that, he was a good pick.

Why because he knocked the snot out of Bledsoe? He did his job now maybe Jordan can pancake Brady in to retirement.

Maybe we can pretend we picked this guy with our 2nd round pick, and Hackenberg in the 3rd round? :D

I don't even care, I just hope we don't have any busts. Hoping for perennial Pro Bowlers and Hall of Famers rather than busts.
