You see some hope with a guy consistenly airmailing screen passes? He's terrible. Logan Thomas/Lindey Bad.

Cyrus Jones to the Pats, then they trade the next pick to the Saints

Wish we had some people do that for Jets games.

What a fabulous breakdown the guy did of the Temple game.

You mean a Doug Jolley swap for 1st round pick and then taking a kicker in the second round isn't a good haul?

Fine with Jones going to New England. Dude is prone to giving up a lot of big plays.

Only downside is when he actually DOES make a good play, he makes really good ones.

I'm definitely going to find a way to watch some Temple football next year. That school produced Joe Klecko and Mo Wilkerson and that tape was dynamite. Loved watching them cat and mouse with Hackenberg and really liked watching him try to make adjustments. I got a Tom Brady feeling watching that game, not in terms of ability but in terms of how he was approaching a very challenging defense. There's a lot of Bill O'Brien on display in how Hackenberg approaches the game and it's exciting just to think we may have our first QB who knows how to operate from under center since Favre in 2008.

They don't have to do anything....
I think you see what the QBs do in OTAs and then decision.
I'm sure that's what Fitzpatrick is thinking, but he can sit and spin for all I care.

I'm willing to Geno a shot and then see what happens.
If you're Bryce Petty, you're a little concerned, but I'm sure he'll come out fighting.

Read that article you posted. Sounds like a Pennington brain with a big arm and questionable accuracy--for now.

If that's what he is then he's a better prospect than anybody the Jets have drafted since Chad.

I liked the breakdown on his footwork. He was apparently not very active with his feet in the pistol. He was apparently very active and good when dropping from behind center at 3, 5 and 7 steps.

I am always concerned about how smart a QB is. Some good ones have been dummies, but most of the really good ones are very smart.
