undersized LB who will get devoured in the NFL by big TEs, horrible pick. Hope I'm wrong, but right now I'm not happy, with who we left on the board.

What offensive skill player did you want? They have two starting WR's plus the second round kid they drafted last year. They have Forte/Powell at RB. Unless you wanted a project QB or a lineman a defensive player was the pick, defensive guys were all the highest rated guys left more or less.

he didnt really do much rushing on the edge, most of his sacks came in the a and b gaps. he is really small. and he is kind of a specialist 3rd down player. not really someone you can count on as a 3 down player. i though shaq lawson was a better prospect as an edge rusher that went right before us.

not a big fan of this pick. i think yo u need a 3 down starter in that spot. not a specialist

WASTE OF A FIRST ROUND PICK

Solid nickel cover guy. Wow let me give a sarcastic thumbs up

We coulda had a game changing WR, a shutdown corner, or a franchise LT

If it is as reported it is really messed up. When you hear ligaments separating from bone and micro-fracture surgery that's bad.

Solid pick. Had a good college career. Him or Raglund were on my board. Will replace Harris in another year or two. Can start right away. Means Pace is done.

Before you get crazy, look at the Panthers OLB last year, Thompson was about 240, and he complements the linemen well.

Houston wants Treadwell I bet. Jets should have traded down with them.

Most places had him going around 17. I doubt he would have fallen to second round.

This is exactly the role he should play for the Jets.

I fuck with it. The FO just proved they have faith in Petty. Geno this year, make him earn it. Re-sign him if he has moderate success (he will). Keep grooming Petty and by 2018 he will be the starter. If not then Geno turned out good and we are on the straight and narrow.

Lawson would have been nice and Coleman too. Jack has that knee concern and was just injured all last year. He also has 1 career sack. Lee instantly becomes our fastest player on defense and he fills the need at OLB. Pass rushing ability, fast as hell, and GREAT coverage ability.

    Can't be upset about it.

Smith looks like a bust. Marshall will be gone in two years. Treadwell will be a stud. Darron Lee is a tiny linebacker. I just don't get it.

eliminating the running back out of the backfield as well. The Jets were getting killed all year on those wheel routes, screen plays; Lee should be able to sniff those out and cover. I think he's OK against TEs as well - we got Pryor for the TEs
