    This was expected, let him waste some more money on further appeal (if that's even an option), the only person on earth who would have ever thrown it out to begin with was kraft's bosom buddy in ny.

    If nothing else, I don't want TB to be a first ballet HOFer. He'll make it in, but he should have to wait a few years.

    You do realize (I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt that you read the court's ruling) that the ruling was solely regarding whether Goodell had the power to do as he pleased under the CBA... Nothing, no matter how much you dearly cry yourself to sleep wishing it to be, in the ruling had to do with Brady being a cheater or not.

    TB = GOAT and its not even close... =)

    They had plenty, besides the real argument was whether Goodell had the authority under the CBA and he does. The players gave it to him.
