It's amazing to say this about a team about to win 73 games, but the mismatch with the Bulls isn't just slight, it's huge for the reasons you state. The Bulls are overwhelming matchup favorites at almost every position.

I can't see Durant to GS. It's just a bad career move unless he just wants a ring. That's something for later in the career, maybe, not now.

A horrific a collapse by the Heat but due to the tiebreaking rules, 4 teams tied for seeds 3-6 but we get 3 seed AND avoid the celtics in first round...

    I hope we lose!!!

Avoid Lebron in 2nd round, Avoid Celtics in 1st round, and still the 3 seed after that abortion of a second half...

    Well done.

What are you guys more interested in? The Warriors record? Or the Kobe goodbye?

interesting way to end the season, with Kobe's goodbye and the record going head to head

I watched the first half of the Lakers game. Good tribute. They had a lot of ex-teammates and celebrities talking about Kobe.

Even that lazy hypocrite Shaq made it to the game.

Just tuned in for the final couple of minutes. Annoyed I missed the second half.

    What a sendoff.

60 points for Kobe and carrying them to a comeback win.

Kobe with the high score for the season.

I wonder what the odds would've been on that one.

Kobe retiring, very banged up, limited minutes, no chance he goes off for a huge game, right?

Guys like Curry, Cousins, Durant, LeBron, Westbrook, etc. would surely have the top score.

Man he was taking every shot, but last 5 minutes of the game was vintage Kobe.

Lakers suck so freaking badly, can't blame him for taking every shot. I wish he took less 3s, he would've had more then 60 to be honest

It was fun and incredible to watch. But the context for how it happened can't be ignored. To score 60 you have to take, and in a lot of instances in this game, force shots you generally wouldn't even take in a game you were trying to win. So, yes, scoring 60 is incredible, but it's not impossible to do when your team gives you the ball, gets out of the way, and wants you to take every shot because the game's outcome is irrelevant. If more players played games that way you may see more 60 point games.

I knew going in he would take 40+ shots but that comeback was awesome.

It's amazing how Kobe overcame his rape case and no one cares about it anymore.
