Hi GD4537 2 questions if you don't mind. 1) What the heck is 4537? Don't answer if too personal. 2) My wife is nagging me so I take her and the kids to New Zealand. Is it worth the trip? What can you say about New Zealand?
1) It's four random numbers. 2) I went there to party my ass off so that depends on your goals. Mission accomplished as far as that went. The perfect steak >> perfect lobster. A nice ribeye on the grill, so it's cripsy and partially blackened on the outside but super rare on the inside. Cook it right and you don't need any marinade or seasonings. Of course I'd go with crab, salmon or tuna over both lobster and steak, but there's something about a good steak. You just have to have at least one a month.
