Look at it this way , even if its half the deal , its for a guy that hasnt played in 2 years. Its an insane downgrade. Broncos raped us here only for the fact that there is going to be some type of cap hit from Clady's restructure. No one should be shocked if Clady never plays a snap for us.

The cap hit is higher than I would have liked. If Clady stays healthy, it's a steal, but it doesn't give us that much cap relief. At this point, we have barely enough to sign the rookie class, and Geno is still atop the QB depth chart.

The options were pay Brick, who was on the decline, double the money Clady is making or pay Clady half the money Brick would make. We went with the latter That is the very definition of saving money. And the "we fucked over" thing is just flat out stupid and wrong but 95% of the fanbase knows that already.
