LOL .... ok, well-played sir! .... I think it's a good signing. He's still relatively young (28 I think), was a talented 2nd round pick originally, had a breakout season in Dallas (not sure what happened after that), but perhaps a change of scenery will do him well. And I read somewhere that he's ideally suited to the 3-4. Low risk, high potential reward = good FA signing in my book.
An absolutely stellar sleeper signing. Last year was a down year for him (25 tackles/14 assists) and even that would have made him the 8th best tackler on the Jets. His best year with Dallas (2013) he recorded 73 tackles and 23 assists, which was 3rd best on Dallas that year and certainly among the best in any recent NYJ season. My prediction is he will be a starter and he is a major upgrade over Demario Davis.
