I think Geno can still be that playmaker we want him to be. He has the arm. He has the legs. He's been improving each year. Last year he looked VERY promising. I can't wait to see what he can do with Forte and Marshall and Decker.

From that perspective i can see where you are coming from.. you never had expectations for him. Me personally i am a WVU fan and i know he hasn't touched his potential but he's shown us flashes. Look, I support Geno but i AM TOTALLY FOR GOING WITH THE BETTER OPTION! (notice my avi.. i support all of our guys). I just feel Geno should have ONE SHOT under this regime... even if it's a short leash for a few games.. were not going anywhere anyway next year most likely.
He threw a whole 13 interceptions in 2014. Two less than Fitzpatrick in 2015. What crack are you smoking? And the o-line was trash in 2013 and 2014. He had no protection. Fitzpatrick kept his sack rate lower by throwing passes for negative yards like an ass.
