Sure he might start in 2016. Just keep in mind that if he does it won't be because he is a good QB, not even because he deserves another chance. It'll be like its always been, circumstantial, i.e. Lucky.
Actually Geno starting will be because he is a "good enough" QB. Otherwise Mac would just get a different starting QB. There's no more element of luck in the decision than in any other QB choice. Mac can choose RG3, Kaepernick, Glennon, Cook, Hackenberg, Lynch, etc to be his QB. If he chooses Geno over any of those guys at the most important position in football, that's deliberation not luck.
You haven't addressed what I said you keep bringing up "excuses". If there were "excuses" when Decker and Ivory missed a game, then how is it not fair or reasonable to do the same if our key players get hurt? You act as if that's unreasonable.

There was nothing in his play that would have prompted him--a first round pick that was understood to have needed time--to be cut. I love TGG because we can all voice our opinions about our team and how we would make the team better. I just don't understand how 2-3 members could be so supportive of a guy who is clearly not in the best interests of the NYJ. Maybe these posters love misery. Maybe they are clinically blind, insane, depressed. Maybe they are related to Geno or went to WVU. I truly don't care what the motivation is. But if any of these posters honestly believe that we win 10 games last year with Geno...then it's clear they're Geno fans, not jet fans. I find it hilarious that any of you expected Geno to really prosper with Rex as his head coach.. and 2 numnuts as OC's.. Geno didn't even get the oppurtunity to play under CHAN the QB Whisperer. He didn't get a chance to play with Marshall, a guy that if all else fails u can just throw it up to him... He didn't get to play behind a good o-line.. hell he even played during the jets 2 worst defensive seasons since 09. most importantly HE DIDNT GET THE CHANCE TO SIT, WATCH, AND DEVELOP. well now Geno has access to most of those things.. 0line still sucks but whatever. Nobody is saying Geno is great... but to say he has no chance to proseper is just plain IGNORANT. U cant judge a young player that was under those shitty circumstances. If he goes out there and fails while equipped with all these things he didn't have 2 year ago.. then cool, let em go.. but to say he CANT be good is just corny. He pissed us all off at times.. but that's not a reason to look pass the facts.. He was throwing to players that are ALL free agents or not even on the team anymore.

On his own he linked up with Marshall and a few other WR's on the team to build chemistry.. he didn't go on vacations during the offseason he stayed true to the grind.. I follow him on multiple social network and all he was doing was training and working to get better everyday (and posting video proof). He did amazing in training camp last season...then came his incident.. so how can you say he didn't want it? Stop throwing dirt on Geno just because you personally dont like him..

You have no idea whether he's got his nose to the grindstone or whether he's just mailing it in every day--posting some videos of a workout or 3 that he decided to tape.
