I don't think he replaces Stralman, as Stralman's a better player, but things might have been different last year in the playoffs had Klein not suffered that injury just before the playoffs.
5-2 win vs AHL Habs, never saw a turnaround in one season like the Habs, they were 19-4-3 at one point now their out of the playoffs....side note Boyle -1 in a game where we win 5-2...Kreider sighting 18 goals now....2 power play goals. 6 for 6 on PK

New York Rangers @NYRangers 14h14 hours ago Keith Yandle is the first #NYR defenseman with at least 38 assists in one season since Leetch in 2001-02.
That was a nice win. Kreider plays so well in that building, and they dislike him so much in that building. The second goal he scored shows his freak athleticism. Its why we'd be stupid to not keep Kreider. He makes some stupid plays and doesn't finish a lot of the chances he gets, but we just don't have anyone else who can manufacture something from nothing like that. We need to try to keep Yandle, although I don't know if its possible. Can McDonagh be moved over to the right side? Just like the Jets aren't going to invest such a large chunk of the cap keeping every good defensive lineman, we can't have so much of the cap tied up on that left side of defense, plus we have Skjei and Graves who should be ready soon.
