I don't see the point of adding historical perspective, unless the point is to offer mitigating reasons. There aren't any. Nor do we need to search for new reasons why 36 innocent people had to die, when we can just take the killers at their word.

Okay okay. I see. I have to provide a preview.

After Prophet Muhammed, there were 4 apostiles who were the leaders of Muslims right after he died.

Abu Bakr - Came to power right after Prophet died. He was in power for 2 years and died of natural causes. And normal deaths ended with him.

After Abu Bakr it was Omar who was elected as leader. He was murdered by a Muslim.

After Omar, Osman was elected and Osman was murdered while praying inside mosque by a Muslim.

After Osman it was time for Ali. Ali was also Prophet's son in law. He also was murdered by Muslims.

Ali's 2 sons, Hassan and Hussein, who were also Prophet's grand kids, were also murdered by Muslims.

    See, killings have historical perspective.

For more, donate money and I will continue.

Brussels is fucked. Where there is a community that will harbor/protect/feed/clothe/shelter people that kill innocent people there is evil. The fact that this Paris attacker went on living for 4 months after, what he was seen culpable to in, Paris reflects on the community that harbored him. His pictures and information were everywhere, but he was ultimately protected. And now that this Brussels attack seems to be a revenge massacre, for finally capturing the Paris attacker, you see a bigger picture of just how fucked Brussels is/has become. There are a bunch of bad people in Brussels. I don't believe for a second this is a small cell of 5-10 people. This is a network.

Finally, Bombs. Guns are dangerous in the wrong hands, but bombs take the cake in total devastation. How are there so many people with bombs in Brussels and Paris France? Where are all these bombs coming from? How are we going to stop the procurement of this means of devastation from the hands that mean to devastate?

It's the ease and complete open borders to all in Europe. It is very easy to get in and out to different countries from what I read. I'd say Brussels and countries like theirs could run into major problems. Turkey is now getting bombed by suicidal maniacs and that was their gateway country.

I guess some feel better when they start the excuses with, "well, back during the Crusades..."

They have a huge disaffected juvenile delinquent problem. Not surprising that the terrorists were bred into this

This was a bunch of kids on New Year's Eve:

For once Jackhammer, I thought you would pay me.

    Okay Jacky Macky

    Let's continue.

If this is about killing Christians, why were there suicide bombs inside Iraq, Syria for years? Now why is ISIS killing Muslims in Turkey with suicide attacks? At least 100 times more Muslims then Christians died due to suicide attacks in Iraq, Syria, Turkey, Malaysia, Indonesia which are all Muslim countries.

If we are going to explain Paris and Brussel bombings by Islam, how are we going to explain the bombs in Muslim countries?

You make a great point. Violent Muslims kill more Muslims than any other group. True. But then, no one has argued anything different.

So. . . let's say I'm standing in a 7-11 watching hotdogs turn, as I like to do, and some dude runs in holding something that looks like a Texas high school student's homemade "clock," screaming "Allahu Akbar!" Does it really help any that I hold up my hands and yell, "Whoah, whoah, whoah.... dude.... you're not helping. How about yelling something more historically appropriate."

You're lucky to live in a country where the government is conscientious enough to spy on their own people to a degree that is 1000 times less scrupulous than the USSR of the 80s ever was.

    We won't harbor no terrists!

I'm not so certain the level or scope of government spying on citizens? It happens. I think our government spying is mostly focused on international level, allies and enemies; for competitive advantage. Spying didn't stop the Chechnyans in Boston or the Isis/ Saudi couple in Cali.

Maybe went a little overboard with Brussels as a whole.. but the city have failed to prevent the establishment of networks in their communities, that are capable of unleashing coordinated massacres; while haboring, protecting and equipping their assailants. 4 months this murderer hid in Brussels. When he gets caught another massacre? Who's side are people on? I don't believe the problem is isolated. I think there is something evil growing in Brussels.

Bullet to the head is too good for this one. I can think of a thousand different better ways. Does Belgium have the death penalty? Probably not. I bet they have awesome luxury prisons though.

    No death penalty.

Probably time to build a Supermax type prison based on recent events...

Anyone remembers "Law abiding citizen"? How he dealt with the man who killed his family?
That's how you should treat terrorists. Except afterwards you should also bury them sawn inside a pig, in an undisclosed location and televise the whole thing.

The punishment must me so horrific and the no-heaven so certain that the would-be bombers think twice before strapping in.

And I would put the whole thing on PPV with proceeds going to families of the victims.

Of course they don't. Most first world nations don't. Besides us, the only countries who do it are fascist dictatorships and Japan kills a couple people each year.
